Assault-NX Dual PTT Tactical Throat Mic

When communications are critical The Assault Tactical Throat Microphone by Code Red Headsets is your best bet. It allows the radio user to transmit in high noise areas and be heard clearly through throat vibrations. Used by law enforcement agencies, border patrol and military personnel.

PTT:

Features a Nexus connector ( not compatible with our modular series) wired to US NATO standard. The Dual PTT is a metal bodied, waterproof (IP67) submersible PTT. Connection to headset is waterproof. Constructed military grade design, not a plastic consumer grade device. Metal alligator clip affixes to uniform/clothing. Can listen up to 4 radio channels simultaneously depending on radio. It is available with K-K and M-M down leads (Kenwood and Motorola 2-pin connectors). We have additional Adapters available to convert your multi-pin radios to work with these down leads. Amplified PTT:

The NX PTT AMP is an amplified version of the NX PTT. For use with low Impendence or Dynamic Headset mics in high noise situations. It increases the sound level of the transmission on dynamic mics (Peltor, CR-MILTAC). The NX PTT AMP shows it’s benefits in low ambient noise transmission situations and can amplify sound about 10dBs.

Wonderful product

This product is exceptional, and very reliable. The only thing I would change if I could would be to make the leads about a foot longer. That said, I've bought two and would again if the need arose 10/10 would recommend!
