Great ear piece
I use these molds all the time for my job. They are good quality. I've bought cheaper ones that don't last. They fit good and don't hurt. I use medium. Fast delivery and you just buy either right or left if you only use one.

Not very durable
The earmolds do not last very long. I keep having to buy new ones. The thin round piece keeps breaking.

Earpiece
Material used is harder than other brand I was use to. During a 12 hour shift it causes my ear to be sore. No complaints at all about companies response and delivery time. Just not real satisfied with this particular earpiece.
