Silent Listen Only Earpiece
With the Silent Listen Only Earpiece (M2) I can coil it up inside of my speaker mic and then split off over my shoulder. The sound is clear and consistent. I have coworkers who mumble and others who scream and I found a comfortable setting that allowed me to hear both comfortably while still being able to monitor the environment around me. The skeleton ear tips are a little large for me ears and I needed to wiggle them every couple of hours to negate ear fatigue. Even better this one comes with the replacement pack with another acoustic tube and ear tips.

Semi Custom Earmolds
I have been using the Code Red Custom Ear Molds every day for about six months now. 8 of my coworkers also use these custom molds, which are very comfortable and are the only way I will wear an ear piece on the job.
