The MRC-NX jack allows you to plug in a Pro Series, NX Series, Peltor/MSA/OTTO headset wired to the US NATO standard into our Modular PTT and down lead.

The MRC-NX-3.5 adapts our codeRED NX and PRO series headsets for use with iPhone (with lightning adapter) or any device that uses the PC headset 3.5mm interface. Also works with military style headsets that use the Nexus TP-120 connector wired to the US NATO standard, including some Peltor and MSA Sordin headsets.

Downlead
I bought this down lead to connect by ops core amp headset to my iPhone SE. The audio works great. The mic is not connected though so you can’t make and phone call or talk with the phone in your pocket. Weird thing though if I put the discus Bluetooth device in line the down lead and mic works just fine even with the discus turned off. They gave a warning that it might not work perfectly with every system. It’s overall a good product and with the discus connected it does exactly what I want it to do.
