Motorola ear piece
Ear piece works very well. Can hear my radio over crowds of 40+ people yelling at me. I ordered the wrong connector for my shoulder mic originally, and Code Red sent me the correct connector free after a phone call!

Clear, consistent sound in an affordable package
I’ve tried the $20 Amazon headsets for my XTS radio. I use a Motorola speaker mic on my chest but had to always turn it up and down depending on my environment. With the Silent Listen Only Earpiece (M2) I can coil it up inside of my speaker mic and then split off over my shoulder. The sound is clear and consistent. I have coworkers who mumble and others who scream and I found a comfortable setting that allowed me to hear both comfortably while still being able to monitor the environment around me. The skeleton ear tips are a little large for me ears and I needed to wiggle them every couple of hours to negate ear fatigue. Even better this one comes with the replacement pack with another acoustic tube and ear tips. Bottom line: spend the money, skip the $20 Amazon ones that will blow your ears out, and stick with CodeRedHeadsets
