THIS IS A STATE OF THE ART PRODUCT THAT WAS MADE. I WAS SKEPTICAL WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT AND NOW I AM AMAZED. I WEAR THIS HEADSET DURING FIRE OPERATIONS AND AM ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH EASE AND STILL ABLE TO HEAR THE COMMUNICATIONS ALONG WITH NORMAL SPEAKING GOING ON DURING TRAININGS OR THE REAL DEAL.
Only used them for one day (so far), but they have exceeded my expectations! No more speaker in or over my ear. No worry if my mic is close enough to my mouth. Comfortable fit. Perfect compatability with my HYT radio. I highly recommend Code Red Headsets and temple transducers!
I was able to demo this for the customer in shop and they were smiling from ear to ear. Said they were going back to their boss to show him. Doesn't understand why everyone doesn't use one.
Love dealing with Code Red. Fast, reliable, and the best costumer service.
Comfortable and functional headset, does exactly what it said on the tin. I had some reservations about it's capability to transmit, but it seemed to work fine. My only complaint is that the parts which wrap around the ear are not very pliable. While that's understandable as the headset needs to maintain a degree of pressure on the head, I found that mine repeatedly became caught (my own carelessness when removing my helmet) and one of the arms broke within the first few days of use. As I said, this is my own carelessness for the most part and I dont think it reflects to badly on the product. Just something to be aware of.
48 hours operation in the mountain. 2600 m, zero celcius. Worked flawlessly. Comfortable enough once you get "used" to the little pressure over ears. I run a baofeng UV5R. Sound reception was crispy clear and all players could pick up my out comms 4/5 or 5/5. Cables are sturdy and connection is tight and firm. I loved receiving tactical informations while being capable to listen simultaneously the exterior sounds. Pricing looks fair enough to me. I recommend that product.
We use the Headset to Play Paintball. We love the fact, that you can hear a clear radio signal even though you can still hear what is going on around you. The handling is easy, the quality is good and the shippement to europe is perfect. I can definitely recommend it.
Very high quality and it works great! The loop that runs behind the head is a little large but doesn't impede the quality are the use. Truly amazing technology that Code Red made available at a reasonable price without sacrificing quality.
These were a great purchase. The sound quality is great, the adjustable positions make it very comfortable to wear. I wore it for 8 hours straight yesterday, and almost forgot they were there. Couldn't have asked for a better product.
