Great product.
Product looks more stronger than the last. The black wiring frayed after 4+ yrs of daily use. Hope this one lasts just as long or longer.

Initial issues but fantastic customer service and
My Department uses Harris radios and the system that was shipped to me had issues as far as receiving audio quality. The audio was garbled and distorted. I contacted Customer Service and received a reply very quickly. They sent me a couple of connectors to test and in a couple of days the issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend Code Red to anyone needing radio equipment or lots.

Nothing else like it!
I have been using this style earpiece and mic for over 5 years now. Nothing is comparable. The product is used at least 5days a week for 8hrs a day. It holds up to all types of weather and environment. For me, the quick disconnect wears first, but usually takes between 1-2 years before a complete malfunction. With that type of durability, it's worth every penny.
